About the Job:
Bliss Dental, located in St. Charles, IL, is seeking an exceptional Associate Dentist to join our growing team! We're offering a part-time position with 1-2 days per week, with the potential to expand to more days as the practice continues to grow.
As a member of our dental team, you can expect:

Compensation: Percentage of Net Production (To be agreed upon based on experience)

The ideal candidate:

Holds a DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school
Is a skilled dentist focused on providing excellent comprehensive care
Possesses a positive and collaborative attitude
Is committed to enhancing the patient experience and contributing to a vibrant employee culture

Responsibilities:

Provide consultations and develop comprehensive treatment plans
Perform a variety of dental procedures, including extractions, root canals, fillings, and more
Utilize advanced technology to diagnose and treat dental concerns
Maintain accurate patient records and follow up on treatments
Collaborate with our team to deliver outstanding patient care

Qualifications:

DMD or DDS degree from an accredited institution
Active Illinois state dental license and malpractice insurance
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comprehensive knowledge of dental procedures and tools
Ability to manage dental complications and adapt to new learning environments
Willingness to comply with all local, state, and federal regulations
