Job Summary
We are an established dental practice located in the Easton area and are looking for a dedicated Dental Assistant to join our dental team. We are willing to offer on the job training and although dental experience is preferred, it is not necessary as long as you're willing to learn. Obtaining your X-ray certification will be a requirement for this position once you start. We offer 401K, paid time off & healthcare benefits.
Duties
Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques.
Prepare and maintain the treatment room, ensuring all instruments are sterilized and ready for use.
Take and develop X-rays as needed, adhering to safety protocols.
Manage patient records using dental software.
Maintain infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for both patients and staff.
Schedule appointments and manage patient flow efficiently, acting as a liaison between the dentist and patients.
Skills
Strong understanding of infection control standards in a dental setting.
Ability to take X-rays accurately and safely.
Experience as a dental receptionist or knowledge of dental terminology is beneficial.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on patient care and comfort.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
