Qualifications:
Dental Doctoral degree from an accredited dental school
State license and regional boards (eligible to practice dentistry in local state)
2+ years of clinical experience in the U.S. (outside of the program setting)
Ability to use dental tools and equipment across a broad scope of procedures at an expert level
Charisma and charm
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented, structured environment
Ability to navigate and negotiate interpersonal relationships and interactions at an expert level
Looking for stability within an organization offering limitless growth and development opportunities
Experience operating your own practice is a plus
Experience in group practice is a plus
True Generalists are preferred
