We are excited to announce openings in our Roslindale, MA and Hyde Park, MA offices for dedicated, licensed Dental Assistants to join our growing team. These are full-time positions based in a single office—this is not a traveling role.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and prepare patients for their dental appointments, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed.
Assist the dentist during procedures by passing instruments, suctioning, and providing other chairside support.
Set up and break down treatment rooms before and after each patient, ensuring everything is clean and ready to use.
Properly sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, safe environment that meets infection control standards.
Take and process X-rays as needed, ensuring accurate imaging for patient care.
Keep track of dental supplies and ensure treatment areas are fully stocked.
Support lab-related tasks, such as creating temporary crowns or models, as required.
Communicate effectively with the team to keep patient flow smooth and efficient.
Provide clear and friendly explanations to patients about post-treatment care and answer their questions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.

Our offices also offer Oral Surgery and Orthodontic days, where everyone on the team works together to ensure smooth operations. Experience in these specialties is important and highly valued, as it helps us deliver exceptional care to all our patients.

Requirements:

MA Dental Assistant License.
Radiology Certificate.
CPR Certification.
New dental assistant graduates are welcome to apply!
