Position Summary:We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Lead Dental Assistant to join our team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing daily clinical operations, supporting the dental team, and ensuring seamless patient care. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong communication skills, leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist the dentist during dental procedures, ensuring efficiency and patient comfort.
Oversee clinical operations, including sterilization protocols and supply management.
Mentor and train junior dental assistants to maintain high standards of care.
Communicate effectively with patients, team members, and dental providers.
Take dental X-rays and maintain accurate patient records.
Ensure adherence to OSHA and infection control standards.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of dental assisting experience (leadership experience preferred).
Current CPR certification.
Proficiency in dental software systems and X-ray certification.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Positive attitude and a commitment to patient care.
