Ours doesnââ¬â¢t. We are an incredible private practice that is growing and growing quickly. We are in need of an associate that can run an office, perform exceptional dentistry and add value to our patients. Specialty dentistry is a plus for this associate along with being able to work independently. This opportunity is short-term. The current owner will be going on maternity leave but is looking to return only part-time. We want the best for our patients. We accept PPO insurance as well as denti-cal with a moderate pace. We do great dentistry and our patients reward us with their referrals of friends, family and coworkers.
We are currently looking for an associate for 3.5 days a week with a full schedule.
Hours are Tuesday-Thursday 8-5PM.
Fridays 8-2 PM.
We are flexible, this position can be part or full-time as it is only temporary starting immediately to September.

The candidate that we are seeking would ideally:
Love dentistry and have great chair side manner
Able to fit our culture

Provides great dentistry
Can add additional services to our practice
We are refer out molar endo, 3rd molar extractions, pedo, and complex cases
We perform simple implant cases
Fun technology: CBCT, iTero, PRF
Qualifications
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
2 years + experience
Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
Proficiency in endodontics, oral surgery, and general dentistry practices.
Strong understanding of dental terminology and procedures related to patient care.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient interaction and education.
Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with advancements in the field.
