Job Description
Our general dental private practice is currently offering a position for a Registered Dental Hygienist-Full-Time or Part-Time. The successful applicant will have an eye for detail, strong communication and friendly interpersonal skills, as well as an interest in all aspects of the patient's dental care. The Dental Hygienist will assist with patient examinations, will take xrays, perform other preventive dental care procedures, and work as a team player.
Responsibilities:
Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques.
Locate and treat periodontal disease patients by scaling and root planing.
Initiate and maintain home care for patients with periodontal disease by providing tailored instructions, dietary regimens and reinforcement.
Be friendly to all and a positive team player!
