Job Description
OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care while ensuring the highest standards of dental hygiene practices. Duties:
- Perform dental hygiene procedures, including cleaning, scaling, and polishing teeth- Take dental x-rays- Conduct oral cancer screenings- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized oral care instructions
Requirements:
- Valid state dental hygiene license- Associate's degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited program- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and dental team members- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate patient records- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
