Our growing private-practice dental family is seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our team in Albuquerque, NM. We prioritize creating a positive and collaborative work environment where you can excel and provide exceptional care to patients of all ages.

Excellent Hours: Achieve that ever-elusive work/life balance we've heard so much about. We see patients from 8 am-4 pm on Mondays and Wednesdays, 7 am-3 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and have a half day of only 7 am-1 pm on Fridays.
Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive dental cleanings, including periodontal therapy.
Take dental X-rays to assess oral health.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative measures.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
Uphold infection control protocols for a safe environment.
Collaborate effectively with the dental team to deliver exceptional care.
Pay attention to details to create accurate chart notes.
Qualifications:
Licensed Dental Hygienist in the state of New Mexico.
Prior experience in a dental setting (preferred).
Familiarity with dental software and imaging systems (a plus).
Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach.
Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
