We are a busy, growing, fun and professional dental office with a position available for a full time Dental Treatment Coordinator at our office. Our office offers a friendly, positive and caring atmosphere.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 year experience as an effective treatment coordinator, in addition to being energetic, empathetic, professional, and dependable team player. References in the resume are required.

Primary job duties include:

-build rapport and answer phones with excellent customer service

-gather patient records and update their medical history and demographics

-present treatment plans and options, use visual aids for patient education,

-review finances and achieve signed financial arrangements,

-maintain patient flow and productive schedule,

-bill/pre-authorize/follow up with dental insurance companies

-collect and follow up on account balances,

-follow up with patient care and communication with specialists

- maintain professional and clean appearance for reception and work areas.
