Job Summary:
We are expanding out team! We are seeking a detail-oriented Dental assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sterilization of medical and dental instruments to maintain a safe and hygienic environment for patients.
Responsibilities:
- Clean, disinfect, and sterilize medical and dental instruments following established protocols- Prepare treatment rooms by ensuring all necessary instruments and supplies are ready for procedures- Maintain inventory of sterilization supplies and equipment- Adhere to infection control policies and procedures- Assist with the organization and stocking of supplies in clinical areas- Monitor and document sterilization processes accurately
-Assist the doctors with procedures
- Take dental x-rays
- Review treatment plans and finances with patients
-Schedule patients
Requirements:
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and medical documentation- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations- Experience with Eaglesoft or similar dental software is a plus- Understanding of X-Ray procedures and medical imaging techniques- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant or Dental Receptionist is advantageous- Ability to handle medical records with confidentiality

Pay: $15.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
