Job Description
**Job Summary:** We are seeking a Certified/Registered Dental Assistant to join our dental team. The ideal candidate will assist our dentists with a variety of procedures to ensure excellent patient care and support the smooth operation of the dental office. **Qualifications:**
Certification/registration as a Dental Assistant
X-ray certification required
Nitrous Oxide Certification preferred
Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
**Responsibilities:**
Prepare treatment rooms for dental procedures
Sterilize and maintain dental instruments
Assist dentists during procedures, such as exams, cleanings, and surgeries
Take and develop dental X-rays
Educate patients on oral hygiene and postoperative care
Maintain accurate patient records
Schedule appointments and manage patient flow in the office
