Job Description
Our dental practice is looking for an experienced Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dental assisting, including knowledge of dental procedures, patient care and comfort, and sterilization techniques. The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing quality care to our patients and helping them achieve optimal oral health.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain dental instruments and materials.
Assist the dentist in all dental procedures.
Provide patient education on oral hygiene and preventive care.
Take and develop dental radiographs (x-rays).
Sterilize dental instruments and equipment.
Maintain patient records and update medical histories.
Schedule appointments for patients.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 per week
