Responsibilities- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner- Schedule and confirm patient appointments- Manage patient records and update information in computerized systems- Process billing and insurance claims following HIPAA guidelines- Assist with collections and billing inquiries- Maintain a clean and organized reception area- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure efficient patient flow
Requirements- Previous experience working in a dental office is preferred- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus- Proficiency in computerized systems for scheduling and record-keeping- Strong clerical and organizational skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Excellent communication and customer service skills- Familiarity with office management practices in a clinic or medical office
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
