Job Description
Our well established and state of the art general dental office in Overland Park, KS is seeking a skilled, experienced, and passionate General Dentist to join our team! We are looking for a Doctor who is driven with a strong clinical background, who builds rapport easily with others, is a natural leader and who is ready to take their career to the next level within an established office and team! Our ideal candidate will be comfortable with endo, extractions and experience with implants is a plus but not required. Our office utilizes state-of-the-art and digital equipment including a CBCT and Itero Scanner!
We use Eaglesoft as our scheduling software, and experience with Eaglesoft would be a plus. However, even without experience, we have skilled Dental Assistants that will assist you in becoming comfortable!

What we offer:
A well-established practice with large recare base.
65+ New Patients per Month
Compensation model includes a guaranteed daily rate for the first 5 months (through the Credentialing process), then transitioning to a percentage of Net Collections
Work schedule includes: Monday & Tuesday (8:00 a.m. -5:00 p.m.), Wednesday (9:00 a.m.- 6:00 p.m.), Thursday (7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.) with occasional Fridays (8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.) as needed to support patient care needs.
We are looking to add a full time provider ( 32-36 hours/week)

Minimum Qualifications:
Ideally 1+ years of Clinical Experience
DMD or DDS from accredited dental school.
Valid state dental license
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $200,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year
