Location: 181 Wexford Bayne Rd, Suite 200 â Wexford, PA 15090Hours: Monday â Thursday, hours vary each dayJob Type: Full-Time

Position Overview:We are seeking a skilled and motivated Dental Hygienist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is ready to take on more than just traditional cleaning responsibilities. In this role, you will be a crucial part of the treatment process, interacting with patients, assisting the doctor, and performing a variety of essential tasks. You will have the chance to work with orthodontic patients, facilitate consultations, assist in clinical treatments, and contribute to front desk responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with orthodontic patients, including monthly adjustments and monitoring progress
Assist the doctor during patient procedures, including neuromuscular TMJ and cosmetic treatments
Conduct consultations and coordinate treatment plans with patients
Cross-train to assist with front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, answering phones, and patient intake
Perform comprehensive cleanings, including scaling, polishing, and fluoride treatment
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Ensure a smooth and efficient patient flow within the office
Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
Qualifications:
Current Dental Hygienist license in Pennsylvania
Knowledge of orthodontic treatments and procedures is preferred but not required
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and adapt to various roles in the office
Friendly, professional demeanor with a patient-focused attitude
