Job Description

```Duties```As a Dentist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive dental care to patients. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Diagnosing and treating oral diseases and conditions- Performing dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and root canals- Conducting routine dental exams and cleanings- Developing treatment plans for patients based on their oral health needs- Educating patients on proper oral hygiene practices- Collaborating with other dental professionals to ensure optimal patient care- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
```Skills```To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong knowledge of dental anatomy and oral health- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems, such as Epic, to manage patient medical records- Experience working with pediatric patients and providing age-appropriate dental care- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and the ability to maintain patient confidentiality- Ability to operate and navigate various dental office systems and software- Knowledge of infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure a safe dental environment- Understanding of medical coding practices for accurate billing and insurance claims
