Our thriving, fee-for-service practice is seeking an experienced Senior New Patient Coordinator to be the first friendly voice welcoming new patients and fueling our growth. You will play a pivotal role in helping us increase our total number of active patients.
You'll Offer:
Proven expertise in building rapport and delivering exceptional customer service
Minimum 5 years of experience in a patient coordinator, marketing, or sales role (dental experience is required)
A strategic mindset with the ability to expand our reach and further the practice's mission
Results-oriented mindset with a consistent track record of meeting goals
Warm, friendly demeanor to make new patients feel at home
Eagerness to collaborate with the team for a seamless new patient experiences
Willingness to become proficient with computers and an openness to learning new software for tracking, analyzing, and optimizing marketing efforts
Exceptional relationship-building skills with a keen ability to identify customer motivations
Expertise in discussing patient finances and engaging in sales conversations
Results-driven attitude with a passion for winning and delivering value
Excellent communication skills via phone, email, and text
Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred
Extensive dental assistant experience preferred

Passionate enthusiasm for following up with patients that need dental care within 24-48 hours through multi-channel outreach and expert follow-up
Strong multi-tasking skills that can handling 200 new patient leads a month
Build strong relationships by connecting with potential patients, understanding motivations, and compellingly communicating our value
Meticulous attention to detail in collecting and recording patient information
Strategically expand our reach and spearhead opportunities for new patient acquisition
Leverage exceptional communication abilities to inspire and convert leads across channels
Expertly navigate treatment cost discussions and financial arrangements to reassure patients
Rigorously report marketing activities, analyze performance data, identify areas for improvement, and optimize conversion metrics
Embody a passion for achieving ambitious targets and creating win-win patient experiences
We're Offering:
Competitive Hourly Rate: $30 - $35 per hour
Lucrative Bonuses: 4% scaling bonus on total office collections
