As a Lead Dental Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of clinical excellence while mentoring and developing our talented team.
You'll Offer
Minimum 5 years of General & Implant Experience with proven leadership abilities
Exceptional chairside assisting skills and clinical expertise
Strong team management and mentoring capabilities
Expertise in maintaining CDC, OSHA, HIPAA, and safety standards
Proven track record in inventory management and supply chain operations
X-ray certification and proficiency in dental practice management systems
Outstanding communication skills and a positive "Can-Do" Attitude
Stable employment history and strong dental terminology knowledge
Natural ability to build rapport with patients and team members
