Job Opportunity: Bilingual Dental Receptionist Location: Serenity Smiles Dental Care - Murfreesboro, Tennessee Employment Type: Full-Time
Serenity Smiles Dental Care is seeking a friendly and organized Bilingual Dental Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in ensuring an exceptional experience for everyone who visits our office.
Responsibilities:
Schedule, reschedule, and cancel dental appointments according to patient needs.
Enter and maintain accurate patient records in the officeâs computer system.
Answer phone calls and patient inquiries with professionalism and care.
Coordinate referrals to specialists or other dental professionals as needed.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and waiting areas.
Provide translation and communication support for Spanish-speaking patients to ensure their needs are understood and met.
Requirements:
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Experience in a dental office is required.
Proficiency with computer systems and Open Dental scheduling software is a plus.
Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) preferred but not required.
