**Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic team at Smile HB Dental & Orthodontics! The position is for Tuesday only, but additional days may be available in the future. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality oral care and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients. Our dental office is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient experiences and we are looking for a skilled and motivated professional to help us achieve this goal.
**Duties:**
- Provide dental hygiene services, including cleanings, exams, and patient education
- Monitor patients' vital signs and ensure their safety during treatments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and patient information
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality
- Utilize medical imaging technology to aid in diagnosis and treatment
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient and effective treatment
- Maintain a clean and organized dental office environment
- Keep up-to-date with the latest dental techniques, technologies, and best practices
**Skills:**
- Experience in a dental office environment
- Ability to take and record patients' vital signs
- Familiarity with medical records and HIPAA regulations
- Proficiency with medical imaging technology
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy and precision
- Willingness to stay up-to-date with the latest dental techniques and technologies
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 per week
