One Year Chairside Experience: Minimum one year of experience working chairside in a dental setting.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in dental instruments and terminology, with the ability to execute lab procedures accurately.
Time Management: Skilled in managing patient flow effectively through strong time management skills. Experience with Open Dental is preferred, it's not required. Certifications in nitrous oxide, coronal polishing, radiation, CPR/BLS, and infection control/bloodborne pathogens are a must.
Inventory Management: Ability to maintain treatment areas and monitor inventory efficiently.
