Work Schedule: To Be Determined (TBD); Probable Schedule Monday to Thursday
Location Details: Hillsdale, Mi. The area is centrally located within approximately 1 hour of Ann Arbor, Kalamazoo, Fort Wayne, Toledo, and Lansing. It is approximately 1/2 hour from Adrian and Jackson, with Detroit approximately 2 hours away. As a Dentist in that practice, you'll provide comprehensive dental care, shaping the patients' oral health.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning.
Provide a wide range of dental treatments, including but not limited to fillings, extractions, root canals, and cleanings.
Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Collaborate with dental assistants and support staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in dental technology and techniques.
Qualifications:
Licensed Dentist in the state of Michigan.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Dedication to providing high-quality dental care.
Ability to work efficiently and effectively.
Commitment to ongoing professional development.
Must be willing to work efficiently and dedicatedly.
Compensation and Benefits:
The Dentist will receive a competitive salary of $150,000 until production goals are met, at which point a production-based bonus of 33% of production revenue will be applied.
Tax services will be provided as needed to assist with financial planning.
Health insurance coverage will be provided.
Eligibility for our profit-sharing plan after one year of employment, offering additional financial benefits.
