The Front Desk Associate plays a vital role in the daily administrative operations at ACE Dental. As the first point of contact for patients, front desk associates have key responsibilities in creating the optimum experience by representing the practice with outstanding customer service. Responsibilities

Manage patient care
Patient screening
Scheduling
Manage patient placement
Communicate with Dental Assistants and Dentists
Educate the Patient with the proposed treatment plan
Handle inbound calls and answer patient questions
Connect with new patients via phone and email
Coordinate with insurance carriers
Process pharmacy orders and respond to inquiries and issues regarding said orders
Maintain files
Provide referrals for continuing care
Assist the care team with goal setting
Maintain patient confidentiality
Related duties as needed
Prepare new patient charts neatly and accurately.
Responding to patient billing or financial inquiries, directing to appropriate departments, as necessary.
Collect and post payments and record receipts.
Balance nightly deposits and complete credit card processing.
