Job description
We are seeking a Dental Assistant with a preferred minimum of 1 year experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in assisting with various dental procedures and possess knowledge of infection control protocols and aseptic techniques. Familiarity with dental terminology, medical documentation, and Dentrix software is preferred. Position can transition to full-time for the right candidate and willing to train.
## Duties- Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures- Prepare patients for dental work and ensure their comfort- Sterilize instruments according to regulations- Take X-rays
## Experience- Prior experience in a dental office setting is preferred- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
