Job Description

```Duties```- Perform dental hygiene procedures, including cleaning teeth, removing plaque, and applying fluoride treatments- Take dental x-rays and perform other diagnostic tests as needed- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized recommendations for dental care- Assist the dentist during procedures by providing necessary tools and materials- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including medical history and treatment plans- Follow strict infection control protocols to ensure a safe and clean dental environment- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in dental technology and techniques
```Requirements```- Valid dental hygiene license in [state/region]- Proven experience as a dental hygienist- Proficient in using dental software (e.g., Eaglesoft) for patient record management- Strong knowledge of dental anatomy, oral health conditions, and treatment options- Familiarity with medical documentation and coding practices- Excellent communication skills to effectively educate and interact with patients- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other dental professionals- Knowledge of infection control protocols and aseptic technique- Ability to take accurate vital signs and perform basic medical imaging procedures
