Job Description

```Duties```

- Assist the dentist during dental procedures, including patient assessment, preparation, post-operative care, X-rays, provide chairside assistance to the dentist during procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are readily available.- Develop and maintain patient relationships through excellent customer service every appointment!- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations- Perform duties such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and managing patient records- Follow strict infection control protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff- Assist with medical coding and billing procedures as required
```Experience```- Previous experience as a dental assistant preferred but not required we are willing to train the right candidate- Knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and systems- Spanish speaking is preferred
Requirements:- Completion of a dental assistant program or relevant certification preferred- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment or alone- Proficiency in using dental software for record keeping and appointment scheduling-- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
