Role Description: Weâre on the lookout for a fun-loving, hardworking, and ambitious individual whoâs eager to grow with us. As a full-time Dental Receptionist, you'll be the first smile our patients see and hear. Your responsibilities will include greeting patients, scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and ensuring our office runs smoothly. It is crucial to have knowledge on insurance verification and eligibility. Your role is super important in creating a welcoming and efficient environment for our young patients and their families.

Duties
Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures.
Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar effectively.
Maintain accurate patient records, including medical history and insurance information, using dental software such Denticon
Handle incoming calls, answer inquiries, and provide information about services offered.
Process patient payments and manage billing inquiries.
Verify insurance eligibility and benefits prior to appointments.
Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, scanning documents, and maintaining organized medical records.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality.
Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management or medical administration is a plus.
Previous experience as a receptionist in a dental or medical setting preferred.
Proficiency in dental software systems is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of medical terminology and coding practices.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
