â DEA/CDS numbers - or we can help apply if you are moving from another state.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $800.00 per day or 32% of collection whichever is higher!
$60k sign on bonus vested in 3 years.
$40k retention bonus at 3-year mark
- Partnership Option available - We are open to fresh graduates joining us and growing with us.

```Duties```- Perform dental examinations, diagnose oral conditions, and develop treatment plans- Administer anesthetics and perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and root canals- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive dental care- Interpret diagnostic tests such as X-rays and scans- Collaborate with dental specialists for complex cases- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record systems (Eaglesoft)- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality- Follow infection control protocols to maintain a safe and clean dental office environment
```Requirements```- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school- Valid state dental license and current CPR certification- Strong knowledge of dental procedures, techniques, and materials- Proficiency in medical coding and billing for insurance claims- Familiarity with Scanning ( Medit) for restorative dentistry- Excellent understanding of human anatomy, particularly oral anatomy- Ability to take accurate vital signs and assess patients' overall health status- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex dental concepts to patients in a clear and concise manner
