Job Description

Our state-of-the-art Dental Practice is looking for an energetic, personable, and experienced Dental Receptionist.
The right candidate will demonstrate the following:
· Excellent multi-tasking abilities
· Friendly and professional verbal and written communication
· Great telephone etiquette
· Exceptional organizational and customer service skills.
· Knowledge of Dentrix and Dexis (will train the right candidate)
· Spanish speaking is a plus!
Some of the responsibilities for this position are:
· Completing insurance breakdowns
· Greeting and welcoming patients to the practice
· Scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments as needed
· Assisting patients in filling out information forms
· Preparing patients’ charts and daily schedules for the dental staff
· Updating patient records and documenting recent treatments and procedures
· Scheduling follow-up appointments and providing reminders
· Verifying methods of payment and collecting payments as needed
· Performing general office duties, such as answering telephones, photocopying, filing, and faxing

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
