Job OverviewWe are an established dental practice located in Easton area seeking full time Front Desk Receptionist. Some experience preferred, however we are willing to offer on the job training. Duties include overseeing the daily operations of the office, greeting and dismissing patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and checking insurance. We offer 401k, paid time off & healthcare benefits.
Duties
Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out processes.
Schedule appointments and manage the dental calendar efficiently.
Maintain patient records, ensuring accuracy in documentation review and compliance with privacy regulations.
Handle phone inquiries, providing information about services, treatment options, and insurance coverage.
Process medical billing and insurance claims using systems.
Familiarity with coding and accurate billing and documentation.
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized reception area to enhance patient experience.
Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless communication regarding patient care.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
