Job Description
Premier Dental Group is a leading dental practice committed to delivering high-quality dental care to our patients. We are currently seeking an experienced EFDA to join our team and contribute to the continued success of our practice.
Schedule:
M: 8:00-6:00
T/TH: 8:00-7:00
F: 8:00-2:00
Qualifications:
1+ year of experience as a dental assistant required
EFDA certification required
X-Ray Certification Required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members
Familiarity with Dentrix, or other dental software systems is a plus

Responsibilities:
Assist the dentist during dental procedures by preparing treatment rooms, instruments, and materials
Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment in compliance with infection control protocols
Take and process dental X-rays, ensuring patient safety and accurate diagnostic outcomes
Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures, anticipating the dentist's needs and ensuring patient comfort
Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-treatment care, and preventive measures
Maintain accurate patient records, including medical history and treatment details, in accordance with HIPAA regulations
Ensure a clean and organized treatment environment, restocking supplies, and equipment as necessary
