Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, clinical experience, and a passion for providing exceptional patient care. As an Associate Dentist, you will be responsible for providing a range of general dentistry services, including routine check-ups, cleanings, fillings, and extractions. You will work alongside a team of experienced professionals in a modern dental practice that focuses on patient comfort and quality care.
Job Responsibilities:- Provide dental treatment to patients, including routine check-ups, cleanings, fillings, and extractions.- Develop treatment plans and explain procedures to patients.- Educate patients on oral health care and preventative measures.- Document patient treatment plans and progress notes accurately.- Work collaboratively with dental hygienists, assistants, and front office staff.- Maintain professional ethics and standards as set forth by the American Dental Association and the state dental board.- Participate in continuing education programs to stay current on the latest advances in dentistry.
Qualifications:- Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree.- Active state dental license and malpractice insurance.- New grads are welcome.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.- Commitment to patient care and safety.
