Position Overview:
As a General Dentist, you will provide high-quality dental care while working both independently and collaboratively with our dedicated team. We value professionalism, attention to detail, and a passion for patient care. While prior dental experience is preferred, we welcome all candidates who are eager to grow and succeed in a dynamic clinical setting.
Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive dental care, including exams, treatment planning, patient education, and follow-up
Provide timely, efficient, and courteous care to all patients
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to office protocols
Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless patient experiences
Keep accurate records and perform administrative tasks related to patient care
Compensation:
28% of production, we manage all collections
Guaranteed daily Rate
Schedule:
4 days per week (Tuesday through Friday)
8-hour shifts
Qualifications:
Arizona Dental License
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Commitment to providing excellent patient care
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Dental experience preferred but not required
Work Location: Phoenix, AZ
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $235,612.00 - $259,249.00 per year
Expected hours: 32 per week
