Front Desk Dental Receptionist - Macomb Dental Group - Sterling Heights, MI

Responsibilities:- Greet and welcome patient in a professional, excited and friendly manner- Answer phone calls/outbound calls and provide information to callers about our office and services- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Requirements:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proficient in using phone systems and office equipment- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling information- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion- Knowledge of emergency response procedures (ER) is a plus
