Registered Dental Assistant - Stephen Boatright D.D.S. - North Little Rock, AR

Responsibilities:- Assist the dentist during dental procedures- Take and develop dental X-rays- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment- Set up and maintain dental trays for procedures- Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during procedures- Take and record patients' vital signs- Perform patient assessments and document medical history- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records- Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality- Assist with dental receptionist duties as needed
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Completion of an accredited dental assistant program- X-ray certification- Knowledge of dental systems and terminology- Familiarity with medical coding and documentation practices- Proficiency in aseptic technique and infection control protocols- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
