Responsibilities:
Perform dental hygiene procedures, including dental cleanings, scaling, and rootplaning.
Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and provide recommendations for at-home care.
Take dental x-rays and Itero scan.
Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide to patients.
Document patient treatment plans, progress notes, and medical history in Eaglesoft.
Conduct patient assessments, including taking vital signs and updating medical records.
Qualifications:
Valid dental hygienist license in Florida.
Proficiency in using dental office systems, we use Eaglesoft, but can train.
Knowledge of dental assisting procedures and techniques.
Familiarity with dental/medical documentation and patient assessment processes.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Hours we are looking for: Tuesdays 12:00pm-8:00pm Wednesdays 10:00am-6:00pm and Thursdays 8:00am-5:00pm.
We work Saturdays as well if you are interested in working Saturdays.
