Job Description
Come join our Administration team in our newly renovated front desk! We are looking for an experienced and motivated candidate to join our Multi-Specialty practice, and join our growing team. Our commitment to providing exceptional patient care starts with you. At the front desk, you are the first contact our patients have with the practice. We focus on outstanding communication with our team members, patients, and service providers. Your focus is on making the patients' dental experience second to none from the moment they enter the practice.

Job related experience (Required)
Dental Experience
Duties include but are not limited to: Answer phone and schedule patients Maintain an efficient and effective schedule according to practice guidelines. Participate in morning meetings. Verify dental insurance. NP call intakes. Track and follow-up unscheduled visits Assist with practice marketing. Perform opening office and nightly close out tasks. Assist with daily and monthly reports.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
