Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service to all patients, ensuring a welcoming experience
Manage treatment plans, discuss financing options, and coordinate appointments
Handle front desk operations, including patient check-ins, scheduling, and answering phones
Collaborate with the team to contribute to marketing initiatives, including patient outreach, social media, and in-office promotions
Assist in growing our patient base by participating in community events and marketing campaigns

Qualifications:

Strong communication and customer service skills
Dental office experience is a plus but not required
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of dental insurance and treatment planning is preferred
Experience or interest in marketing and patient engagement
Professional and positive attitude
