Job Description
Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their treatment. This role requires a strong understanding of various dental procedures, excellent patient communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team.
Duties
Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health issues.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients, including preventive, restorative, and cosmetic procedures.
Perform a range of dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canals (Endodontics), crowns, bridges (Prosthodontics), and pediatric dentistry treatments.
Maintain accurate patient records using Eaglesoft software and ensure compliance with infection control protocols.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care to promote long-term dental health.
Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to provide seamless patient care and ensure efficient office operations.
Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuing education and training in medical terminology and medical imaging.
Skills
Proficient in using Eaglesoft or similar dental practice management software.
Strong knowledge of infection control practices within a dental office setting.
Experience in various areas of dentistry including Prosthodontics, Pediatric dentistry, Endodontics, and general patient care.
Familiarity with medical terminology and the ability to interpret medical imaging results.
Ability to assess vital signs as part of comprehensive patient evaluations.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and team members.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $700.00 - $800.00 per day
Expected hours: 16 per week
