OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pediatric Dental Hygienist to join our pediatric dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care and demonstrate expertise in various dental procedures.
Responsibilities- Build relationships with the child patient to make them comfortable in the dental setting
- Communicate effectively with parents
- Perform exams to present your findings to the dentist
- Chart findings appropriately
- Take x-rays with hand-held device
- perform scaling, polishing and fluoride varnish
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care- Maintain accurate patient records using DoxPedo or similar software- Ensure compliance with aseptic techniques and infection control protocols
Skills- Ability to build relationships quickly
-Ability to help children who are compromised by anxiety, Autism, medical problems or other developmental disorders

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48.00 - $54.00 per hour
Expected hours: 34 – 40 per week
