Job OverviewDental Receptionist:
Greet the New Year with an amazing career! Pediatric Dentistry West, the privately owned dental practice of Dr. John Bozic and Dr. Zachary Bozic invite you to submit a resume.
Our pediatric dental office is located on the west side of Indianapolis and we enjoy helping children and young adults maintain healthy smiles.
Applicant must have 3 + years of "hands-on" Dental Receptionist or Dental Assisting experience.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome our patients and visitors with a friendly demeanor- Answer phone calls, texts and emails- Schedule appointments using Dentrix and Weave- Maintain accurate EMR records- Verify insurance eligibility and coverage details.
-Hand's on experience with IN Medicaid and private insurance is considered a plus- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
