About Us:
At our upscale boutique dental practice, we are committed to delivering exceptional dental care in a warm and professional environment. We are currently looking for a dedicated Office Manager Assistant to join our team. This role requires strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of customer service and marketing, and the ability to effectively manage daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in overseeing and streamlining daily office operations to ensure a smooth workflow across all departments.
Manage patient scheduling and appointments to optimize efficiency and enhance patient satisfaction.
Handle billing, insurance verification, and collections accurately and efficiently.
Support and mentor front desk staff through training and ongoing assistance.
Maintain office inventory to ensure adequate supplies are always available.
Safeguard the accuracy and confidentiality of patient records.
Foster a positive and welcoming environment for both patients and team members.
Address and resolve conflicts effectively, contributing to a collaborative work atmosphere.
Assist in business development and marketing initiatives to drive practice growth.
Ensure the highest standards of customer service and patient care across the office.
Qualifications:
2+ years of front office management experience, preferably in a dental or healthcare setting.
Proficiency with Dentrix or similar dental software.
Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
Expertise in conflict resolution and handling challenging situations with professionalism.
Excellent multitasking, communication, and organizational abilities.
Experience with billing, insurance coordination, and patient management.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
