About the Role:
As a Receptionist at Daniel Dentistry, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, playing a vital role in creating a positive and professional first impression. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
Greeting patients warmly and professionally, both in person and over the phone.
Scheduling appointments efficiently, considering patient preferences and doctor availability.
Answering patient questions about our services and insurance options.
Processing patient payments and managing dental insurance verification and billing (training provided).
Maintaining accurate patient records and appointment scheduling software.
Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and data entry.
Ensuring the smooth flow of patients throughout the office.
Contributing to a positive and professional work environment.
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales role.
Bilingualism in English/Spanish/French/Creole is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and dental practice management software (Eaglesoft preferred).
A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Dental office experience (a plus).

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 â 40 per week
