We offer a four to five-day work schedule from Monday to Thursday, providing a healthy work-life balance. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Put a patient at ease
Gain the trust of the patient by being personable and comforting
Create a fun, inviting experience for patient
To multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Get along and work effectively with others
Assisting chair-side
Taking records, impressions, or x-rays
Using computers to update electronic patient records
Assisting with lab tasks as needed
Assisting with front office tasks as needed
Assisting and helping other team members
Education/Experience:
High school or equivalent (required)
Two years of dental assisting (preferred)
Qualifications:
Ability to multi-task, and work in a fast paced environment
Get along and work effectively with others
In-depth knowledge of dental health and safety regulations (HIPAA)
Ability to meet the physical qualifications of the position
A patient and friendly personality
Outstanding communication skills
Detail oriented charting
Experience preparing and maintaining dental equipment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 â 40 per week
