Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. Duties
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history reviews and oral examinations.
Perform a range of dental procedures such as root canal therapy, dental extractions, and pediatric dentistry.
Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
Implement infection control protocols to ensure a safe and sterile environment for patients and staff.
Maintain accurate patient records using ensuring all medical terminology is correctly documented.
Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to provide optimal patient care and support during treatments.
Educate patients on oral health practices, treatment options, and preventive care strategies.
Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuous education and professional development.
Qualifications
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Valid state dental license with no restrictions on practice.
Experience or training in oral surgery, root canal therapy, and pediatric dentistry is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and staff alike.

Pay: $207,352.00 - $225,917.00 per year
