Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Dentist to join our growing team at First Impressions, S.C. As a Pediatric Dentist, you will play a key role in providing high-quality dental care to a wide range of pediatric patients, including those with special healthcare needs. This position offers flexibility with a schedule across multiple locations, ensuring a healthy work-life balance while making a positive impact on childrenâs oral health.
Qualifications
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatric Dentistry.
Compassionate, patient-centered approach, with experience in treating children and patients with special needs.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect effectively with children and their families.
Ability to work as part of a collaborative team.
Commitment to professional growth and continuing education.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional dental care to infants, children, adolescents, and patients with special needs.
Diagnose and treat a variety of dental conditions, including preventive, restorative, and emergency care.
Build and maintain positive relationships with patients and their families, ensuring a comfortable and supportive environment.
Educate patients and their families on preventive oral health practices and hygiene.
Collaborate with a team of dental professionals, hygienists, and support staff to provide high-quality care.
Keep accurate patient records and treatment plans in accordance with industry standards.
Stay updated on the latest developments in pediatric dentistry through continuing education.
