We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our dynamic team in a state-of-the-art dental office. The ideal candidate will support the dental hygienists and dentists in delivering exceptional patient care while maintaining a safe and clean environment. Responsibilities:
- Assist dental hygienists and dentists with patient care, preparing treatment rooms, and sterilizing equipment.- Conduct dental imaging and obtain medical records as needed.- Participate in pediatric dentistry and ensure a safe and comfortable experience for young patients.- Utilize 3D scanner technology to capture detailed images of patients' teeth and oral structures.- Maintain strict infection control measures to prevent the spread of disease.- Ensure all patient records and medical information are kept confidential in compliance with HIPAA regulations.- Support the dental team in managing patient records and scheduling appointments.- Perform administrative tasks, including updating patient information.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.- Completion of a dental assistant program or equivalent experience.- Knowledge of dental clinic operations and dentistry practices.- Experience with dental imaging and infection control practices.- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and dental clinic policies.- Strong communication and teamwork skills.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 28 – 34 per week
