Job Description

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our oral surgical team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions to drive company success. This position may require travel in between our office locations.
Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients
Plan and schedule appointments
Data entry of demographics and insurance
Answer inbound telephone calls
Verify and configure insurance benefits
Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Knowledge of dental and medical insurances
Knowledge of dental and oral surgical procedures preferred
ICD-10 coding and CPT coding

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: Starting at $18.00 based on experience
