Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our wonderful team at our dental practice in Oakland, NJ. If you’re passionate about providing excellent patient care and want to be part of a supportive and professional team, we would love to meet you!
Responsibilities:

Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures.
Take and develop dental X-rays as needed.
Sterilize and prepare instruments and treatment areas.
Ensure a clean, safe, and organized dental environment.
Maintain patient records and ensure they are up to date.
Provide patient education and comfort during treatments.
Manage inventory of dental supplies and ensure all equipment is in good working condition.
Provide chairside assistance, including handing instruments, materials, and supplies to the dentist during procedures.
Ensure patient confidentiality and compliance with dental health regulations.

Qualifications:

Active RDA certification/X-ray license in the state of New Jersey.
Knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and office protocols.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Compassionate and caring attitude toward patients.
Experience with dental software is a plus.

Work Schedule:

Monday - Thursday (Fridays and weekends off!)
